Q: How much space do I need? Just 0.48sqm (about the size of a small bookshelf) and a standard 10A power point. No water connection required. Most locations have a perfect spot waiting.
Q: Is there any cost to me? Zero. We install the machine at no cost. We own and maintain it. You simply provide the space and share in the profits.
Q: Who handles maintenance and restocking? We do. Our team monitors inventory in real-time, restocks as needed, and handles all cleaning and repairs. You do nothing.
Q: What if the machine breaks down? We have a 48-hour replacement guarantee. If the machine fails beyond repair, we replace it within 48 hours to protect your revenue stream. *Term and condition apply.
Q: What beverages are available? Espresso, flat white, latte, cappuccino, mocha, hot chocolate, tea latte, creamy chicken soup, and more. All made with freshly ground beans from TOB Coffee Roastery. (upto 20+ beverage selection)
Q: Is there a minimum contract? Yes, the initial contract term is a minimum of 1 year. However, we offer flexible terms within that period to accommodate your business needs. After the first year, you may adjust or exit the agreement with proper notice.
